Answering the Call of the Loon March 6, 2020

The National Loon Center in Crosslake, Minnesota has a bold mission: to be an interactive educational destination that transforms visitors into champions for loons and freshwater everywhere.

Why is this important? Because it is predicted that if things don’t change, there will no longer be loons living in Minnesota by the year 2080. Here at Adventure, we found this thought devastating. Since beginning work on the National Loon Center a little over a year ago, we’ve begun building a brand with big-time goals – to impact conservation not just locally, but across the country.

Spring-boarding from their mission statement, we helped the Loon Center clarify their purpose, vision and values. We then brought them to life with a logo and identity system. In addition to establishing an online presence with a website* and social, we’ve assisted in their fundraising efforts by creating presentations and supporting materials.

“As they say, you only have one chance to make a great first impression. Adventure invested the time and talent to find the perfect strategies and branding to take our vision and transform it into something incredibly meaningful to our audiences. The team became trusted partners. Their confidence and beauty gave us the platform to compete on the world’s stage of philanthropy.”

Leah Heggerston, Vice President at National Loon Center

Currently a vision with a ton of momentum, the National Loon Center aims to be a place of immersive experiences and thought-provoking, hands-on learning that will change the way visitors look at the loon and our natural environment. Learn more at www.nationallooncenter.org
