Scott Mitchell
Founder | CEO
Scott founded Adventure in 2005 and brings over 30 years of diverse marketing experience to the agency, leading breakthrough campaigns for prominent national and regional clients. A recipient of hundreds of ADDY Awards, including several Best of Show honors, he was honored with the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal for Achievement in Advertising in 2013.

Gina Nacey
President | ECD
Gina ensures that the work for Adventure’s wide-ranging client list is not only creative – but also smart and strategic. With over 20 years of experience, she has won hundreds of industry awards and is actively involved in the American Advertising Federation having served as Governor of the AAF’s 8th District, a member of AAF’s national Board of Directors, and on the National American Advertising Awards Committee.

Jaye Peterson
Vice President | Strategy
Jaye leads accounts and strategy at Adventure, bringing 20+ years of advertising and design experience to its roster of active brands. Having led teams for such iconic brands as Harley-Davidson, Porsche, Buffalo Wild Wings and Target, Jaye has a unique understanding of how insight, creativity and innovation build deep connections and enduring loyalty.

Annette Kmitch
Director of Operations & Resources
Annette oversees all the behind-the-scenes business of Adventure, caring in equal measure for process, deadlines, profitability and people. Her problem-solving skills were honed client side, between a variety of positions that included product management and business analysis.
