Takashina is a family-owned manufacturing company building products that protect the lives of those that work and play on the water. We developed their Bluestorm sub-brand and product design through research and tying market opportunity to mindsets to create a lifestyle brand in a PFD market that previously did not exist.


Launched in March 2020, Bluestorm exceeded sales goals to move 75% of inventory within the first 12 months—the entire 17-SKU product inventory was sold within 6 months. The momentum continued into year two, growing nearly 600% as consumers and retailers embraced this challenger brand.
