We were tasked to help the Pepsi distributor network fill category whitespace and go head-to-head with the enhanced beverage powerhouse Bai. In doing so, we helped develop a new beverage from the ground up; created branding that stood out in the crowded sparkling beverage category; and had special appeal to millennial audiences.
This project is viewed as one of the most successful brand launches in Klarbrunn history. C-store instant success quickly led to grocery shelf placements. There was rapid regional distribution. It supported distributor growth with a higher margin beverage option. And Bubbl’r outpaced Bai in key markets in the first year.
