When Larson Boat Group tapped Adventure as their agency of record, they tasked us with developing marketing and positioning strategies, creative advertising and collateral executions, multi-media planning, photo shoot production and website development for all five of their leading brands: Larson, Escape Pontoons, Larson FX, Striper and Triumph. What followed was a year-long whirlwind of collaborative efforts, research, creativity and hard work that left a sea of polished, strategic creations in our wake.


The undertaking was not without its challenges: we needed to ensure there was overall consistency while still creating executions that allowed each brand to speak for itself. We started by researching audiences and competitors in each of the market categories, and then carved out unique positioning for the individual brands that were grounded in real points of difference. Our approach in visual branding, key messaging and copy tone was then executed swiftly with teams of strong and talented producers, photographers, videographers and programmers that helped us achieve the vision for the brands.


As a result of our efforts, dealers started to tell the Larson, Larson FX, Escape and Striper brand stories in a consistent and impactful way. And consumers listened. All sales goals were exceeded the first year after launch, and the new websites and digital marketing campaigns increased lead volume. New dealers were added, attracted to the stronger positioning, enhanced marketing materials and dealer support, including lead nurture and boat show materials.
